Why not combine the two and join our Goat Yoga Class?! \nOr local to Mortimer (RG7) and just fancy having a fun\, relaxing Sunday morning experience\, all in the name of charity? Do come and join us! \nFun for all the family – no yoga experience necessary! \nDate: Sunday 1st September 2024 \nTime: 10am – 11am \nPlace: Soul Barns Wellness Centre\, Nightingale Lane\, Mortimer\, Reading RG7 3PS \n \n  \nThis Goat Yoga Class will be run by a fabulous local yoga teacher\, Lizzie Stroud\, in conjunction with the Goats from Soul Barns. \nTickets cost £15 for Adults and £7 for Children. \nPlease note\, Children must be accompanied by an Adult. \nBook your tickets today to join us for the Goat Yoga Class on 1st September! \nWhat to expect?\n45 mins will be spent with Lizzie taking you through some basic yoga poses and flows – the Goats will hopefully get involved too! \nThis will be followed by 15 mins of you being able to feed and pet the Goats. \nWe would recommend wearing several layers of comfy clothes as we will be outside and please do bring a yoga mat or towel and a water bottle. No yoga experience needed! \nDo read about the fun and games we had at our previous Goat Yoga session here. \nAbout Soul Barns\nSoul Barns Wellness Centre is located in Mortimer\, Reading\, in a beautiful old oak-framed barn which maintains its original features from its days as a cart shed holding machinery and carts pulled by horses. \nIt is now a sanctuary of wellness\, and the perfect location for a morning with Goats! \nRelax\, Have Fun and Save Children’s Lives\nWhilst you’re having fun you’ll also be helping us fundraise for the forgotten children of Darfur who are suffering horrendously amidst the ongoing fighting and desperate for all the help we can give them. \nAway from the headlines\, towns and cities in Sudan are destroyed\, homes flattened\, families are displaced\, struggling to feed their children. But you can help raise vital funds to support them. \nTickets cost £15 for Adults and £7 for Children. \nPlease note\, Children must be accompanied by an Adult. \nBook your tickets today to join us for the Goat Yoga Class on 1st September! \nWe are desperate to provide emergency help – sacks of food so mothers in Darfur can feed their hungry children\, veterinary drugs so our life-saving Goats can be kept healthy and provide protein-rich milk\, mosquito nets to protect families from malaria and hand pump repair kits so clean water can flow again – whatever we can provide\, whenever we can\, as soon as it is safe to do so. We would never put any of our team in danger. We are determined to provide the basics so people can return and rebuild their homes.
