Kids for Kids Appoints New Chief Executive Officer

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Andrew Caudell as the new Chief Executive Officer of Kids for Kids.
Andy brings a wealth of leadership experience and a strong commitment to driving sustainable, community-led change. He succeeds the Kids for Kids’ founder, Patricia Parker OBE, who will continue to serve as Chairman of Trustees and Programme Director for Darfur, Sudan, supporting the strategic direction and operations in the region.
“Andy’s appointment represents an important step in the next chapter of Kids for Kids as we celebrate our 25th anniversary,” said Patricia Parker OBE. “His vision, strategic insight and passion for empowering communities make him the ideal leader to build on our achievements and guide the charity through its next phase, at a time when children and families are facing the worst humanitarian crisis in the world.”
Andy brings over 25 years of senior leadership experience from the commercial and charitable sectors. A highly regarded leader, he has successfully guided both established organisations and growing businesses, delivering sustainable growth and leading teams through periods of change.
In his new role, Andy will lead the next chapter of Kids for Kids in the UK, bringing a fresh perspective and renewed dynamism to the charity’s work. He will oversee fundraising, awareness-raising, financial stewardship and operations, as the organisation responds to growing needs in Darfur and expands its reach to secure the increased support required to transform more lives.
“I am honoured to be appointed CEO of Kids for Kids at such a pivotal time,” said Andy. “I look forward to working with our dedicated team, volunteers and supporters to continue and expand the charity’s vital work in Darfur, ensuring that children in Darfur are not forgotten during this brutal crisis.”
